Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only if the item you receive has physical damage. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for any other reasons (such as change of mind, or wrong size) Please read the product details carefully and consider your purchase seriously before ordering.
To be eligible for a return due to damage:
- Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item.
- Clear photos of the damaged item need to be provided when you contact us.

Your item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Custom Items
Please note that all products are final. Products that are personalized or customized are generally not returnable or refundable. This includes items with custom designs.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
