Eligibility for Returns
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have a period of 5 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Any products that are explicitly on sale/promotion are not eligible for returns or refunds. Prices on these items are significantly reduced and the sale is considered final.
Products that are personalized or customized for you are generally not returnable. This includes items with custom designs.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
